is made by and between inspired Paper co (“We” or “us” or “our”) and _____________ (“you” or “your”). You are engaging our services. in consideration of the mutual promises contained in this contract, the parties agree as follow:

1.1 The services to be rendered us to you consist of (List of all services (Wedding invitations, Save the dates, Wedding Programs, etc.):

1.2 We cannot guarantee that identical embellishments displayed in our online photos will still be available from our supplies at the time of ordering (i.e. ribbon color/width, lace pattern, etc.). We will make a good faith effort to match the embellishment shown or requested. If a piece is not available, you authorize Inspired Paper Co to make a complementary substitution based on our professional opinion and your requested design. 1.3 We are not responsible for typographical or color errors on any order after receiving your approval for print.

2.1 For services to be rendered under this agreement, we will be entitled to a fee as determined in our quote, payable as follows: 50% of the fee as a non-refundable retainer (minimum retainer is $150.00) payable upon execution of this agreement and the balance of the
fee due at the time you approved your order for printing. Orders will not be shipped until final payment has been received. 2.2 If the order date and the date for delivery of the finished product is less than thirty (30) days apart, payment in full is due upon execution of this agreement.
2.3 Revisions are provided at no additional charge. 2.4 Any additional services or items added to your order before completion of the order will be added to your final balance due. 2.5 A hard-copy sample of any tangible printed matter may be ordered for a sample charge of $20.00, and with a turnaround time of 5-7 business days. 2.6 Insured shipping costs via USPS, UPS, or FedEx will be added to your final balance at cost, if applicable. 2.7 We are required to add sales tax to orders within the state of Ohio.

3.1 You may cancel the service at any time. If you cancel before you have approved your order for printing, you will be refunded your deposit, less $150.00. 3.2 If you cancel the service after approving your order, the parties stipulate and agree that the deposit detailed in Section 2.1 of this agreement would be reasonable compensation for breach of reason of your failure to utilize our services. You promise to pay upon execution of this agreement, and Company hereby agrees to accept, such sum as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, in the event of such a breach. You understand that this payment is a nonrefundable deposit. You may also be charged for additional printing charges.

4.1 You agree that we may take photographs of invitations, stationery, or other creations to be used on our website or other marketing materials, and we may order pictures from your wedding photographer. We reserve the right to use any of these photographs for our reference, for display, or for promotion without compensation to you.

5.1 This agreement constitutes the entire, sole and only agreement of the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or written or oral agreements between the parties respecting the services.

6.1 This agreement, and the rights and duties of the parties under it, are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

7.1 In the event that any one or more of the provisions contained in the agreement is for any reason held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, that invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability will not affect any other provisions, and the agreement will be construed as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained in it. 7.2 The parties represent and warrant that they have read the foregoing agreement and understand its terms. Neither party is relying upon any representations or warranties not expressly contained herein, and you hereby acknowledge that Company has disclaimed and does disclaim any and all implied warranties. 7.3 By signing this contract, you certify that your answers are correct and complete to the best of your knowledge. 7.4 You have agreed to submit this contract by electronic means. You understand that an electronic signature has the same legal effect and can be enforced in the same way as a written signature.
